These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Jet Wash Jay. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Services

Jet Wash Jay provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Pressure washing / jet washing

  • Gutter clearing and gutter cleaning

  • Fascia and soffit cleaning

  • Roof moss removal

  • External conservatory cleaning

All services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Pudsey, Leeds and surrounding areas.

 

3. Quotations

  • All quotations are provided based on information supplied by the customer.

  • Quotes are subject to change if the scope of work differs once the job is inspected.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email or website enquiry.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

5. Access and Safety

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.

  • Jet Wash Jay cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete work due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe.

 

6. Weather Conditions

Exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent.

  • Jet Wash Jay may reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions.

  • Customers will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is required.

7. Damage and Liability

  • Jet Wash Jay takes every reasonable precaution to avoid damage.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to cracked tiles, loose pointing, worn surfaces or aged uPVC.

  • Customers must inform us of any known issues before work begins.

8. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

9. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

10. Complaints

Complaints should be made by email or phone using the contact details above. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

11. Changes to These Terms

Jet Wash Jay reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
